License
The institute licence allows up to 20 installations of Ecolego, provided that the products are only accessible to, and operated by, employees or members of a single Named Institute or Company. Furthermore, the commercial institute license includes 40 man-hours of free of charge consultancy to assist in the work with Ecolego. The assistance is provided by qualified experts from Facilia, either at the clients or at Facilia’s premises.
Licence term
Licence options are licenced on a perpetual basis providing the right to use the software indefinitely.
Prices
The price is defined by the type of license and use of the software.
Academic use is reserved for non-commercial degree-granting institutions in support of on-campus classroom instruction and academic research.
Prices are per unit, listed in Euro (exclusive of VAT).

Support and Maintenance
When purchasing or updating an Ecolego license, a one year Support Agreement is included. This makes the license holder entitled to:
- support regarding installation, configuration, functions and troubleshooting in Ecolego. The support is executed via an online issue tracker available both from the help pages in Ecolego and on the website.
- Access to updates and enhancements of the software.
- Attendance to the annual Ecolego Workshop where you will receive one week of training in Ecolego.
To continue to have access to support, product updates and the training course after the initial year, the Support Agreement needs to be renewed. The prices for this varies depending on the the type of Ecolego license that you hold:

Ecolego upgrades
New major versions of Ecolego are released annually. You can upgrade Ecolego to the next major version at a discount price calculated as 20% of the current purchase price. The price of the upgrade also depends on which version you have of Ecolego:
